Refund Policy

At Pure Sacred Healing, each session is prepared with intention, care, and energetic alignment. To maintain fairness and energetic balance, we’ve created the following policy:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund, as the time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please reach out directly so we can review your situation compassionately.

2. Refunds

Refunds are available if a session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
Once a session has begun or been completed, refunds are not available.
For programs or courses (e.g., Become a Healer), deposits or partial payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to future dates or sessions, subject to availability.

3. Missed Sessions

If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.

4. Technical Issues

If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues or facilitator unavailability, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
