Refund Policy

At Pure Sacred Healing, each session is prepared with intention, care, and energetic alignment. To maintain fairness and energetic balance, we’ve created the following policy:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund, as the time is reserved exclusively for you.
  • If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please reach out directly so we can review your situation compassionately.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are available if a session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
  • Once a session has begun or been completed, refunds are not available.
  • For programs or courses (e.g., Become a Healer), deposits or partial payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to future dates or sessions, subject to availability.

3. Missed Sessions

  • If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.

4. Technical Issues

If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues or facilitator unavailability, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
